In today's world, daily life stress is one of the most significant factors affecting human health both physically and psychologically. Stress causes muscles to tense and harden. When factors such as inactivity during the day, lack of exercise, eating habits, and sleep disturbances are added to this situation, serious problems can occur in the spine. Therefore, early manual treatment is necessary for those who have one or more of the factors mentioned above. After the symptoms are treated, personalized exercise programs are applied to individuals by a physiotherapist. These programs include types of exercises such as flexibility, strengthening, relaxation, proper breathing, and postural (alignment) exercises, which are selected and applied individually by the physiotherapist.
